What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

I’m a big fan of taking long walks. Either alone or with someone. I have a treadmill but I truly prefer going outside.
I want to be a runner, but good lord, I suck at it so hard. And being ADHD, I tend to struggle following a routine because I get bored, and I need almost INSTANT results. It also means I tend to go hard-core too fast, and that causes injuries and then I’m unable to do anything too strenuous for like a week. Hard to build routines with that.
